Summary
Survival of Bt spores was determined in natural soil in the laboratory and in nature. pH had little effect on survival of spores that survived the first 2 weeks. Remoistening of a desiccated soil caused a decrease in spore numbers in laboratory tests, but not in a natural environment. |
