Summary

Persistence and survival of Btk (Dipel�) were studied to determine abiotic influences under field conditions on leaves of beans, broccoli and cabbage. Bt endospore viability and pathogenicity was affected by solar radiation, leaf temperature and vapor pressure.

This study did not use transgenic plant material.
