Summary

Field experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of Bt kurstaki (CryIAb) and isogenic corn plants on oviposition, predation, and parasitism of the European corn borer, Ostrinia nubilalis. Oviposition patterns, fate of egg masses and eggs, egg and larval predation, and parasitism were not largely affected by Btk field corn.
