Summary

Fed aphids (Myzus persicae) to lady beetle (Hippodamia convergens). Aphids were raised on Bt or non-Bt potatoes (HybriTech seed, Russet Burbank) for an unspecified amount of time. There were no statistical differences in aphids consumed, development time, pupal weight, or adult longevity.

Comments

Older study, no mention if non-Bt potatoes were isogenic or which protein was used. Suggests that aphids feeding on transgenic potatoes are a safe food source for the lady beetle tested.
