Summary
The effects of six Btk cotton lines on behavior of third-instar Heliothis virescens were evaluated. Percentage of time feeding was reduced and plant abandonment increased on Btk cotton. Limited damage (0-6%) to flower buds or bolls was observed on Btk cotton compared to high damage (54-74%) on non-Btk cotton. |
This study looked at target effects of Btk.
