Summary
Effects of crystal toxins from three strains of Bt (Bt kurstaki, Bt morrisoni, Bt israelensis) on the vinegar eelworm (Turbatrix aceti) were evaluated. Btk, Btm, and Bti reduced population growth of T. aceti. Populations decreased more after treatment of Bti compared to Btm or Btk. |
This study suggests that Bti, Btk, and Btm may be an effective source for control of nematodes.
