How much do I have to pay?
- SIP members get reduced rates for registration. Registration for SIP members is a bargain!

- The amount you pay us for the conference depends on whether you choose to stay on campus (in the University halls of residence) or in a hotel or guesthouse off the campus.
- If you stay on campus then you will pay us a registration fee, which allows you entrance to the science programme. This ‘on campus’ registration fee pays for the following: the science programme, a copy of the abstracts, the conference bag and the conference banquet. You will also pay a separate accommodation fee. This pays for your room on campus and it also includes a whole range of other hospitality items from the University. It includes all of the following: your room on campus, breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea and coffee, food and drinks at the Sunday mixer and the Tuesday barbecue. You also have optional charges if you want to go on the excursion and 5 km race. The on line form will calculate all these fees for you.
- If you choose to stay off campus, then you will be responsible for booking your own accommodation. We cannot do this for you. You will pay us a higher ‘off campus’ registration fee: this allows entrance to the science programme and contains an additional charge for food and other refreshments. The ‘off campus’ registration fee provides all of the following: the science programme, a copy of the abstracts, the conference bag, the conference banquet, lunches, tea and coffee, food and drink at the Mixer and the barbecue. It does not include dinner on Monday or Wednesday evening. You also have optional charges for the excursion and 5 km race.

How do I pay?
There are three simple and secure payment options:
- Money order.
- Credit card payment by FAX.
- On-line credit card payment
The on-line registration form calculates your fee and explains how to make your payment.
You will be required to reserve your on-campus accommodation at the same time as registering for the conference to ensure room availability and to receive the special conference rate.

Cancellations will only be accepted in written form by e-mail (info@sipwarwick.com).
Refunds for cancellations will only be provided before 1 July, 2008 with a 25% cancellation fee. Thereafter refunds will not be available.
