The registration fee includes access to the scientific and social program, Program and Abstract book, mixer, barbeque with entertainment, banquet dinner with entertainment, and refreshments and transportation during the conference. On site registration for the conference will begin Sunday, August 7 in the afternoon.

Cancellation policy. Refunds for cancellations will only be provided before July 1, 2005 with a 25% cancellation fee. After July 1, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
