Vendor Information

Vendors: meet your customers and clients at the 55th Annual North Central Branch - ESA Meeting, March 26-29! Don't miss this opportunity to meet your important customers, make new contacts and support the Branch by exhibiting your products and services at the 2000 meeting of the ESA North Central Branch.

Conference attendees represent universities, government agencies and industry. We have arranged to hold breakfasts, refreshment breaks and poster sessions in the Hubert H. Humphry Room to maximize traffic and your exposure.

Location

The Branch Meeting will be held at the Radisson Hotel Metrodome, 615 Washington Ave., S.E., Minneapolis, MN 55414 (tel: (612) 379-8888). Exhibits will be arranged along with poster displays in the Hubert H. Humphrey Room on the conference level (2nd floor).

Hours

Exhibits and posters will be open Monday, March 27, from 6:30 AM to 5 PM, and on Tuesday, March 28, from 7 AM to 5 PM. A continental breakfast will be served in the Hubert H. Humphrey Room at 6:30 Monday and 7:00 Tuesday. Refreshments will also be served in the Hubert H. Humphrey Room mid-afternoon on both days.

Set-up for Exhibits will be from 4 PM to 8 PM on Sunday, March 27. Tear down will be after 5 PM on Tuesday, and must be completed by 8 PM on Tuesday.

Cost

The standard 8' x 10' rate is $300, or $275 on or before February 21, 2000. A reduced rate of $175, ($160 on or before February 21, 2000) is available to non-profit organizations, schools or government agencies. Your booth fee includes:

An attractive 8' x 10' booth with draped aluminum supports, 8' high in the back and 3' high on the sides, and a backwall identification sign bearing your company name and booth number.
